Where and how do you ship?

We ship worldwide with global courier companies like DHL, FedEx, Aramex etc. All shipments are with tracking. Estimated shipping time is up to 3-9 business days for most part of the world, baring unforeseen circumstances.

We are an online luxury retail monobrand platform. We are an independent entity and is not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by or in any way officially connected with the brand listed on our website or Instagram. We do not run a physical store. We can provide virtual viewing by appointment only.

What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm, Poland time (GMT + 01:00 hrs). Please feel free to contact us outside of our regular business hours, however we cannot guarantee a reply until the next business day.

We work globally with a select group of experienced vendors, resellers, concierge companies, buyers of these luxury merchandise.

We use only Premium and Original materials : Leather, Sewing thread, Gold, Palladium, GEM brilliants (special orders) etc.
